Concerns I can help with
My Story
My journey into psychology started back in 11th and 12th grade when I came across motivational videos and discovered how words could help people believe in themselves. Around the same time, meditation helped me manage school stress and sparked a deeper interest in psychology. Over time, books, guidance, and personal reflection shaped my calling to help individuals struggling with concerns they cannot yet put into words. My practice is guided by empathy, non-judgment, and the belief that struggles are only a part of one’s story—not the whole of it. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, rediscover resilience, and move forward with calm and confidence.
What motivates me as a psychologist is helping people reconnect with their inner strength when they feel lost or misunderstood. Through empathy, calm presence, and non-judgment, I remind individuals that their struggles are only a part of their story and empower them to move forward with confidence and self-belief.
Clients can rely on me because I offer a deeply empathetic, calm, and non-judgmental space where they feel genuinely understood. I focus on understanding individuals in their full context, not just their symptoms. Guided by my Jambavan–Hanuman philosophy, I see my role as reminding people of their own strength and wisdom while using evidence-based approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
